Our History
Paul Cohen Consulting was established in 2000 as a boutique consultancy primarily to Australian therapeutics start-up companies and Australian subsidiaries of multinationals.
With the continuous and rapid pace of product development especially across the medical technology ecosystem, Paul Cohen Consulting in 2019 changed its focus to exclusively service the medical device, diagnostics, and digital health sector.
Since 2019, there has been burgeoning growth in the development of artificial intelligence, medical device software, robotics, and 3-D printing. Subsequently, global regulation has become more complex with wide-ranging implications for product commercialisation.
Understanding the compliance challenges and needs of its customers, in 2024, Paul Cohen Consulting has decided to evolve further in expanding, but also streamlining its service offering.
We aim to provide an end-to-end service with a single point of contact for all product life-cycle development requirements. To do this, we have expanded our team and partners. We feel that to better represent our client portfolio; it is time to rebrand.
I am proud to announce that our personalised approach, our reputation for accelerating the process using a cost-effective but fully compliant consulting model and our unrelenting drive for excellence will continue to thrive under our new company name: DevDx
Today with its sister company: Beyond the Shell, DevDx works with a mix of Australian and international emerging (early stage) medical device, IVD, diagnostics and software (SaMD) companies, research institutions and academia.
